If you're making pâte feuilletée, croissants, viennoiseries in the US of A, this is your butta. C’est vraiment le beurre qu’il vous faut les amis. I make croissants and pains aux raisins every week, freeze'em, bake'em for every breakfast in order for waifu to enjoy Paris in LA, yes I stack on this butter.

This is the Very Best Butter. In my area, I have been driving a circuit of 20 miles because one WFM had the Organic Vital Farms eggs, another WFM had the Vital Farms unsalted pasture-raised butter, and a third WFM has the desired selection of organic bulk nuts. It is terrific that it is available through Amazon Fresh, but--annoyance!--NOT the Vital Farms organic eggs, or even non GMO. I have tried to stomach the regular kind but had to go back to Organic.
